Terms of service
The agreement between you and Averbo when you open an account.
Last updated 26 October 2026
The service
Averbo (a trading name of Bind CRM Limited) builds a website from the description you give us, hosts it, and makes the changes you ask for, for a monthly plan. Opening an account means you agree to these terms.
The trial and the plan
Every account starts with a free trial that needs no card. When it ends we ask for one; nothing is charged until you add it. The plan is monthly, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews until you cancel from your billing page. Cancel and the site stays up until the end of the period you have paid for, then it is taken down and, after thirty days, deleted.
Prices are shown before any sales tax that applies where you are. If we change the price of the plan, we tell you by email at least thirty days before it affects you.
What we build
We build the site from what you tell us, using AI to draft it and a person to check it. We correct anything that is wrong and make the changes you ask for, within reason: the plan covers a small business website, not an application, a marketplace or a site with thousands of products. Read the legal pages we generate for your site before it goes live; they are written for you, but they are your business's pages.
Your content
What you give us (text, photos, logos) stays yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it. What we write and build for you is yours to keep and to take elsewhere. You must not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, and we may take down a site that is.
Domains and payments
A domain bought through us is registered in your name and renews yearly unless you turn renewal off; the registry's own terms apply. Payments on your site go through your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms; we never hold your customers' money, and card processing fees are Stripe's.
Our responsibility
We do what a careful hosting company does: https, daily backups, monitoring and updates. We do not promise the site will never be unavailable, and we are not liable for loss of business, data or profits beyond what the law does not let us exclude. Our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in that time.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting the consumer protections you have where you live. Questions go to [email protected].
